Any ideas on where I can cut costs without losing performance? Any way to increase performance without increasing costs?

So Tensorflow-like algorithm, mainly on CUDA. Got it.

Do you need 64GB of RAM? What is the use case for this PC anyway? Please be more specific. And where's the SSD?

Heavy +1. This is exactly why you have to outline the budget and purpose of a machine, to avoid this exact thing.

Also, i see your 1st PC listing on your profile. There's a lot of lives left in AM4 with 5700X and 5800X3D which would save us a lot in not having to move platform and changing to DDR5.

This would be my build oriented around 1440p. You can definitely skip the case swap by removing the front panel of the case, i only did it because its a solid front panel that doesnt have that much air to breathe for intake.

I made that build several years ago. It's no longer what I am aiming for.

So it was pure planner that you didnt pull the trigger on? I see.

Also, what Machine Learning algorithm? Do you know what its system requirement is and where you or other user struggle on? Does it support external parallel computing API like CUDA?

That's a sound build for their use case, well done.

Maybe some savings could be made by going for an AM4 CPU, but then they'd leave perf on the table for games.
