upgrading gpu

Hi, i was planning on buying a gpu. I wanted to buy a gtx 1660 and i found this https://hardverapro.hu/apro/manli_gtx_1660_super_6gb_gddr6_videokartya_1_honap/hsz_1-200.html
Yes i know this isnt an engligh site, but, this guy sells it with 1 month warranty. I attached a few pictures he sent me. I think it looks good, and it doesnt look like it would die after a month. Should i buy this? or it doesnt worth it? Yes its used, but if i would buy it new then it would be double the price.
