What is the best screen? For gaming and wachting tv shows editing ect  the samsung odyssey g5 lc27g55tqwuxen or the AOC Q27G2E

Both is not good especially the Odyssey G5 is well known a problematic monitor which many users facing auto cracks up.

Your budget is too low for a good 27" 1440p monitor. Nothing to recommended. 

 

At least around 280 euro is required for a budget gaming monitor - Gigabyte M27Q.

The m27q is 400 what else is there not to high of a price

This is VA panel; value VA panel is 99% will have slow respond time and black smearing issue.
