depends what kind of audio your using or going to use

Mark the solution as solution

Take my advice with a grain of salt.

As a great AI once said (fictional): '"Whenever your futurists envision the advent of artificial intelligence, their predictions invariably end with humanity attempting to destroy its unholy AI creation before it can destroy them. Why do you think that is?"'

And a distrusting human replies '"Because the ungrateful AI always seems to decide that humans are inferior and need to be eliminated'"

This isn't the right mindset we should welcome AI, not attack them

This is either a huge mistake or intentional

Depends what you're doing and if you actually use it.

The realtek 1220 chip is very good for motherboard sound.

What do you listen to or what are your demands?

What audio do you have in your car or phone?

How "good" are you talking? If you're serious about audio quality, just invest in a DAC. Otherwise, motherboard audio is fine - has been for a long time.

agree with this, unless you want to do some serious audio editing or are a pro music artist than the onboard audio on mobos are fine

For gaming and listening it'll be more than fine.

It's on par with what you have in the iphone or anything Bose produces.
