poor perfomance in games + audio stutter on new nvidia drivers

In continuation of the topic i created earlier (https://linustechtips.com/topic/1481520-audio-stutter-on-new-nvidia-drivers/)

My problem is that i have poor performance on old drivers (457.51) especially in games and i have poor performance + audio stutter on anything newer than this.

I tried to change motherboard to MSI MAG B560 TORPEDO and my stuttering became less in some cases, but sometimes it was more often. Also after changing motherboard performance of the PC improved slightly but since changing motherboard didn't help to completely eradicate the problem I returned it to the shop. I also sent graphics card to the service center and they said that my graphics card is fine. What could be the problem?

Research showed that if i connect my speakers via monitor output even on a new motherboard - audio stuttering doesn't appear or it appears very rarely so i didn't notice it.

Also when the sound stutters, my computer sometimes freezes.

I use external speakers connected via jack to motherboard

My specs:

Motherboard: ASRock B460 Pro 4,

CPU: i9-10900F,

GPU: MSI RTX 2060 super ventus GP OC

RAM: Goodram IRDM X [IR-X3000D464L16/16G] (x2 so 32 GB in total)

PSU: ZALMAN GigaMax (GVII) 650W [ZM650-GVII]

OS: Win 10 Pro x64, version: 22H2, build: 19045.2728

isn't onboard sound realtek?.. why would nvidia drivers affect onboard slot. try to update your sound drivers from the msi page, they are known to create issues, atleast i have had some with them..

you could also try to just disable nvidia sound devices..

Today i tried disconnecting my hdd and ssd and connecting only my another 320 gb hdd. I installed OS, programs and games on it and my problem appeared again. Looks like my problem isn't in my m2 ssd and my hdd (or it is? What do you think? I'm not sure).

keep bios as updated as drivers. they usually need newer revitions to work good.

doh..

i'm using the fiber output on my mainboard soundchip.. that usually causes no weird sounds.. i have an old z906 surround set. it luckily has two fiber ports.

when using my g35 until it broke. or my G935 wireless headset.. both USB headsets..  it sometimes sounds like an old record.. and i have to unplug and replug it to sound good again.
