I recently built my first pc and when I finished it turned on, but today when I went to download windows it didnt turn on, i tried with and without the pen drive, I switched cables, inputs, I evn tried to use the integrated cpu graphics but nothing, but while I was trying it turned on and went into bios, so I stupidly turned it off and now its not displaying again.

I dont know what to do please help.

Inconsistent power on typically is an issue with power cables or components not being fully seated - they might be slightly loose.

I'd try re-seating the 24 pin (the big one that connects to the motherboard) and also the EPS connector (the 4 or 8 pin that hooks to the motherboard near the CPU that gives the CPU power). Either of those being loose could cause the whole system to fail to turn on.

It could also be an issue with the power button connector (the little ones that connect to pins at the bottom of the board that are hard to work with - unless you got a nice case that has them set up as a single big connector) so you could try pushing that in as well to make sure it's on there good

What is the Make and Model # of your Motherboard and GPU?

If you have a GPU installed, it Disables the onboard HDMI Video. To use the onboard HDMI, you have to remove the GPU for test purposes.

If using the GPU, be sure you are plugging the Power Cable to the GPU from the PSU. What cables are you using to connect the monitor? (ie) Display Port, HDMI?

When you start your computer do you hear the POST Beep? Do you see the Motherboard Manufacturers Splash screen? If so, press the DEL key repeatedly to get into the Bios.

If it POSTS and you are seeing the splash screen, if you want to boot from the Windows installer USB Flash drive, press F12 repeatedly and choose the Flash Drive for a one time change of boot order.

As stated, cables, RAM, or GPU not seated properly would cause the computer to not POST and the Splash screen not showing.

Also, look to the Motherboards Debug Diagnostic Lights (ie) CPU, RAM, VGA which will also tell you what the problem is.

Reseat the gpu and the power connectors on it. If you have a modular psu, reseat the gpu power there as well.

if you want to get back into bios with onboard video, do a bios reset. See your mobo manual on how to do that.
