PC suddenly power off while gaming and can't turn back on!

I tried a few things suggested by Google results, found out that if my gpu is unplugged, my PC power on (meaning fans spinning, lights on... but i don't know If it posts because of lack of igpu), but when I plug in my gpu and press power button, nothing happens.
