I was wondering if it was normal for this computer to not turn on after the RAM, CPU, GPU, and storage has been removed. I plugged up the power cord to the power supply and I pressed the power button and the computer won’t turn on.

Here are additional resources if needed:

It is normal for a system not to boot if you have removed any one of those three components.

I have to assume that you took them out and put them back for some reason, if this is the case, make sure that everything is seated properly. If any of those components are not making full contact, the system will fail to boot.
