game lag when other screen is playing a video

I have a 60hz second screen and a 144hz main. My main screen on some games start mircostutering A LOT when i play a video on the second screen (The fps doesn't drop its just the screen)
I tried Turning hardwa axeleration off but its the same problem (and turning games to windowed and windower borderless still the same)

Specs:
16GB ram
Ryzen 5 3600
Radeon 5700 XT Sapphire nitro+ B.E.
low end motherboard (the cpu temperature sensor broken to show always -55C so i just spin cpu fan at 100% all the time)

You can try changing the refresh rates for both monitors by going to Settings > System > Display > Scale & layout > Display resolution and selecting your preferred resolution.

You can also try turning off hardware acceleration on your browser or running the hardware troubleshooter.

Updating your second monitor driver or rolling back the monitor driver can also help.

Changing the monitor’s screen resolution or disabling windows transparency can also help.

The problem is the CPU probably. I have had problems with it for a while.
