Do you have them connected to the front panel audio or to the back of the motherboard?

If it's connected to front panel you're likely experience a noise from the interference as the internal cable that connects to the motherboard is basically acting like an antenna.

Do you have your computer plugged into a grounded wall outlet? If you are using a powerstrip, does that have the ground pin connections as well? 

There aren't many subjects that benefit from binary takes on them in a discussion.

Is it external SSD connected via USB? Pulling power from the USB might cause audio interference in some cases. If it's internal drive check if any SATA power cables are running close to the audio controller on your motherboard or the front panel cables.
