Overall, it seems pretty good - no parts stand out to me as "bad" in terms of quality. You could probably save about $400 without losing any performance by going with a cheaper cooler, motherboard, SSD, and GPU, but considering that you're going with an RTX 4080 for a 1080p build anyway, I'm guessing that you're not too hung up on "bang-for-the-buck" value.

 

EDIT: If you do care about value, this would actually offer better performance at 1080p for $800 less:

I mean if you wanna go full semantic you can drop down to a 4070Ti and compress it even further. Id condone both build though, cant go really wrong except for the fact that H17 is a bit of a hotbox. Better than most of its sub 50$ class though.
