3070 Display issue

I have 2 Dell monitors and a LG c1 plugged into my 3070. But when I turn on my PC I cannot use the second Dell monitor unless the TV is turned on. Is there a fix to this issue? I would like to sometimes just use the Dell monitors without the TV on.

Does it work if you unplug the tv?

I try to be a human, but I cannot, because I have returned to monke.

Just unplug when you need to. For convenience, you can get a cable extension to make it easier to unplug
