my 16gb sticks of ram show up in my bios as 8gb sticks. they are recoginised and their xmp profile is recognised and they are clocking at the rated speed however it thinks that they are 8gb sticks the motherboard says it supports up to 32gb in one slot so I don't know what is going on

Did you buy a 16GB kit of RAM?

Can you request for a return/refund or chargeback?

They are selling as the 32GB kit (cmk32gx4m2d3600c18) but the motherboard is detecting it as the 16GB kit (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15)
