Im about to just buy my first prebuild to scared to build on my own is this a good PC for a first timer

Budget (including currency): 1300$ its on sale from 2200$ 

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: games like tarkov to overwatch to stardew valley 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  goin to buy before the sale ends which is 3/26/2023 and i have monitor already and upgrading from a gaming laptop that has a 2070 and 16gb of ram and i7- 10th or 11th gen

thank you plus theirs no pc building places near me the south where im at really doesnt have one at all even in like 100 miles i tried looking thank you bro
