Is 240 AIO enough for 13700K?

I am building a new PC and I like the Lian Li O11 Air Mini case. The problem is that I am getting the i7-13700K (which from what I have seen can get very hot) and the case only supports 240 radiator in the configuration I am going to be using it in which is mounting the radiator on the side.

Is 240 AIO enough for the 13700K or should I get larger case that supports larger radiator? I am also going for a Z790 board which could be a waste if the cooler won't allow me to do any overclocking at all.

Which 240 AIO is the best out there given that there is 59mm of clearance for the radiator + fans. I was thinking about NZXT X53 on the side or Phanteks T30 edition at the top with offset brackets. Which configuration/cooler would you recommend?

At stock settings it should be OK, and honestly even with a mild overclock it's probably fine. The problem you're probably gonna run into is the stock voltage behavior of the motherboard. Some boards throw a lot more voltage at the CPUs than others even at just stock settings. It's to the point where doing a manual overclock on some boards actually reduces temps since you end up using less voltage than stock, even though you're at 200MHz higher frequency.

I'd still want a bigger AIO, don't get me wrong, and a contact frame would be advisable, but you should be able to get by with that, especially if you undervolt it.

Z790 boards are a lot easier to undervolt with since you don't need to worry about clock stretching like you do on B- series boards. Plus for the boards that have A VRM strong enough to power a 13700K, the B- series boards and the Z790 boards are almost at price parity, so you might as well get the Z790 board.

EDIT: The GPU is RTX 4080

I don't deal much with that case so I don't really know what's best off the top of my head, you're better off asking someone else about that. If you've got a 4080, top is probably gonna be best, but again, I don't really know. I'd probably go for an Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240mm instead though, that is a better AIO than the X53,

Arctic Freezer doesn't fit on the side of the case. There is only 59mm of clearance so if I were to get a thick radiator AIO like arctic freezer or phanteks t30 I would have to mount it on top. For the side mount I would need to find the best available AIO thats under 59mm with fans attached which I thought was the kraken X53.
