mobo usbc doesnt even accept power

 

although it could be plausible on a pico psu (psu = thing that actually powers your pc) since those use 12v dc input rather than 120/240v ac input, just take off the dc jack and solder on a usbc port

 

But why the hell do you have such a high power usbc brick anyways? I dont think even laptop power bricks get that powerful

Nope. A PSU (not ATX12VO) supplies 5v, 12v and sometimes 3.3v. USB PD is only able to deliver higher wattage at 19v, so unless your motherboard has its own stepdown converters to convert voltages, you cant.
