Can't find the Amazon Fire 10 Plus w/ the wireless charging dock in Canada

Reed from Smart Home Solver channel seems to be using the Amazon Fire 10 plus + the Anker wireless charging dock.

And I was trying to find the same setup to buy here in Canada but it doesn't seem to be available, I can't find it anywhere.

 

Does anyone know why? and how can I buy those in Canada?
