Z490 AORUS PRO AX

so i have a z490 aorus pro ax motherboard and in the latest bios update f21 it says i will not be able to downgrade to older versions and every time i try to flash my bios to the same version i get invalid bios image and yes i have tried formatting my usb and i did everything correctly i really need to help.
