BIOS Screen Glitch Artefact

Hello everyone. I have an issue with my PC which everytime I turn it on, the flash screen is got glitched (artefact) and then got normal again when displaying home screen.

 

There is no issue at all when using my PC to play games, watching movie, etc. The only issue is appear only when turning on the PC.

 

Specs:

  • ASROCK B450M Steel Legend
  • MSI NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1660TI Super
  • AMD Ryzen 5 3600

Some troubleshooting I've made:

  1. Changing DP to HDMI is not working. It still got glitched.
  2. Disconnect my PC from monitor and try to go to monitor settings. Display is glitched.
  3. Go to BIOS screen, BIOS appeared but still glitched.
  4. Try to change monitor settings with pc turned on, it worked fine (display not glitching at all).

This symptomps is suddenly exist and came out of nowhere. I didn't changed any BIOS settings and anything related the graphics.

 

Is the issue come from my monitor?

BIOS file problem is the most likely cause, update/reflashing the BIOS may fix it but as long as the machine is working it's not a big thing to worry about.

How to update/reflashing the BIOS at this point?

Go to the ASRock site under "Support" and you will find instructions on how to do this.
Be sure to look up your exact board model and go from there.
