Open device manager. Are there any yellow explanation marks?

You may also want to install AMD chipset drivers, before installing wifi/lan drivers.

Go to the manufacturers website to download the latest drivers.

I've been having the same issue and this has not solved it. I've tried different driver versions and I have all other drivers up to date (AMD chipset, etc..).

Any other recommendations?
