My ram won't go to xmp

it looks like you are in ez mode for the bios, you should be able to hit like f7 or something to go into advanced mode

I have 3200 crucial ram but my motherboard won't recognize it as 3200 it sees it as 2666 i have a msi b450 tomahawk max and a r5 5600g is there any solution to this problem

Yes the pc just recognises the ram as 2666 and doesn't know it's 3200 how can I fix that

Where are you seeing it reported as 2666? A lot of ram kits are "xmp" kits where the advertised speed is only achieved through xmp. Have you tried to enable xmp in bios?

It doesn't appear in the bios as 3200 ram the bios reports the ram at 2666 only

I found it under overclock and now it works fine thanks for the help
