Omen 30L GT13-1194 Possible Network Issues

My brother has a Omen 30L GT13-1194 and is having network issues. He’s has done countless hours of research on ways to fix it and had tied everything he’s came across. I myself don’t have an omen but I figured I could come here for a little help. He mainly plays call of duty warzone and will playing on his own everything works fine but when playing with a party no matter the host he has a terrible lagging issue. Another weird thing that happened recently was he was downloading Escape From Tarkov and playing warzone with some friends and all was running perfectly fine. So curious he paused the download and all problems resurfaced again. I’m genuinely confused on this matter and was hoping someone might know something. Thank you in advance!
