PC wont boot or go to bios, power button flashing

Doing an upgrade, new motherboard, cpu, ram power supply and case, but it wont boot or go to bios, the power button blinks, see attached video for example.

Fans are spinning, have tried to reseat ram, and also only using 1 ram stick. Tried reseating GPU too, checked CPU, GPU power and replugged them.

Any idea what could be wrong? Thanks for any help.

CPU: i3-12100f

RAM: 16GB DDR4 Vengeance LPX 3200MHz

PSU: Seasonic Core Gold GC 500 500W

Motherboard: Asus Prime H610M-K D4

could try disconnecting all of the front panel connections and shorting the "pwr" pins with a screw driver or some other small metal tool. could be an issue with the power button itself?

Just wanted to say I fixed it, by reseating the CPU in its socket and giving it a little wiggle making sure that the CPU was making propper contact 馃檪
