Can you please try to make your posts understandable? As it stands I did not understand anything, nor that it sounds like your issue has anything to do with a monitor.

my bad cause i don't also know the issue and how will i say it but ill try to explain.

firstly display ain't working on a ryzen 3200g dvi-d when i tried it multiple times. then i tested the monitor on my other pc a intel 5 9400 and worked (integrated both so i know cable and display worked) so i tried it again on the pc and for some reason it worked and showed display. but it did not boot to my windows 10 on usb as it is not installed yet on the hdd. it only showed 2 options which was to go with the setup or go on a normal value something which i picked knowing i will get more option to see. so then 4 option showed up and did not remember what the other 3 was but i pick the one go to uefi. after i had gone to bios to put my boot on my usb so i can install windows then restart then again black screen

i skipped the past test on the pc and will go straight to the main.

firstly removed the cmos for a few minutes so i can get display after then put it back to go to bios saw an option on integrated it was on peg which i found is pcie so i put it on igd which is integrated. then proceed to go to boot so i can put my usb as 1st so i can install windows 10 on my hdd. but after putting it on save restart it did not boot. tho the usb works on other pc.

I tried many solution to check to fix this but for some reason i can't find any. i tried this most useful solution which is removing the cmos for a minute or so so i can go to bios after so the photo here shows. i go with setup which i check the integrated it is on PEG or something which i look at was for pcie so i switch it on igd for integrated one but after putting the boot on my usb to install windows it blacks out then stays like that. im can't anymore. i used a dvi-d on monitor as i don't have a monitor with hdmi. i let someone test it on store to check if it works and yes they used hdmi and work normally boot to windows.

spec:

Ryzen 3200g

Msi a320m A pro

2x8 Gb Hyperx 2666

500gb seagate

This had nothing to do with your monitor. It is your Windows installation issue.

Yes, PEG stands for PCI Express Graphics.

You booted into BIOS and set USB as 1st boot device but after you saved settings and restarted the PC the screen in your picture appeared?

Change the CR2032 battery on the motherboard.

First message is CPU or GPU may have been changed or CMOS has been cleared

IF you didn't change cpu or gpu, it means for some reason the bios settings aren't saved, which could happen if the battery is bad.  Could also be if the bios chip is faulty.

Have you tried pressing F2 to continue?

Bios should search the drives for one that it can boot from and start your operating system, even if the settings and boot order was lost.

yes. actually i followed the step of known youtuber how to install it. it worked normally whenever i reinstall from a new drive but for some reason this pc is making things difficult. many times it said no signal. i check on bios and found out that on integrated it was on PEG which was pcie or graphic card so i change it on IGD which was integrated with an option (force) cause it kept going black. and won't even boot on my usb
