Is this PC list good for the price?(+motherboard stuff)

Budget (including currency): $1000-1100 CAD

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 1080p/1440p gaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Here's my list:

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/ZYvzd9

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600

GPU: RX 6650 XT

There's some problems though. I had a similar list a few months ago, but couldn't buy it because of real life stuff, but prices changed(for the worse) and stuff got out of stock. The motherboard went out of stock except for one that costs $100 more, so I think I'll have to replace it with another one, but I don't know which. And the graphics card went out of stock so I replaced it with the same one except with one less fan. Will this make a difference that I should care about? I'm pretty new to PC building.

It shows in stock at newegg now.

120 price rather than the 220 price shown on part picker.

more fans are not required on the lower wattage graphics cards...three fans for a 400 watt card for sure, but not on a 150 watt

It shows it as a backorder option. Which is when you buy something that isn't in stock yet and pay when it becomes in stock. I assume you're talking about the motherboard right?

yeah, my link doesn't show it as back order.  but I am in the States looking at Newegg CA....so maybe there is something going on.

Newegg looks at US stock automatically for me?? IDK

AH, yes it is indeed a different board.

so again, why did you want the shorter board?

Well, I have a b550 board and ran 3 chips on it.

I looked at the three boards that are in the same price range and to tell you the truth I can't find anything different.

https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Productcompare?CompareItemList=13-157-935%2C13-157-939%2C13-157-966

IDK why they are even different models.

8 phase power

B550 chip

etc.. etc..

function wise they are the same product

PS the price of the board you want has not gone up.

For some reason when out of stock, NEWEGG just puts that $200 price as a place holder.

If you click on it a couple times, it goes back to the original price.

weird huh?

I have no clue, I chose it 2 months ago. My brother recommended me the ASRock B550M Phantom Gaming 4 Micro ATX AM4. He was more into pc building some years ago, so I have no clue if it's a good choice. I think I'll post my amended list with that motherboard(and a cheaper ssd) in some forums to see if it's good in general.
