Is My MB Connector Defective?

Last night I went to reapply thermal paste on my CPU and when I put back my air cooler, my PC did not turn on. However, when I went back to my PC today it turned on and when I went to plug in more cables into my PSU, it didn't. It randomly turns on my MB but when it does, I go and gently wiggle the cable on the PSU and it turns off. Any ideas? I have nothing plugged in other than my MB connector currently. I do not have another cable to try.

 

PSU: Corsair RM850X 80 Plus

MB: MSI MAG X570S Tomahawk MAX WIFI

Is the 24 pin cable fully plugged on both ends?

Yes, all cables are plugged in all the way including the clicking sound that it makes once putting it into the PSU. I just plugged everything into the PC again and now it works. I'm awfully confused.
