Hello . I'm create another topic because something happened to me , now ready to buy
I need IPS monitor 2k 144hz 27" no more ,  I can see only by my right eye ,bigger than 27" annoyed me ,
G-sync only, have speaker ,
please guide me to buy the monitor for gaming and video edit and photo edit ,can  purchase from anywhere Amazon US or UK fine , price doesn't  matter 
, please NO VA or Oled . only IPS , Thank you

There aren't a lot of option for 1440p at below 27 inches size (please, for the love of god, don't call it 2k) 

 

You will most likely have to look a portable monitor and laptop if that's absolutely necessary (which might very well be given your disability, I can't be the judge of that)

 

If not, pretty much any 27 inches 144hz 1440p IPS are good, especially the modern one that had been released last year. If text (especially small text) is not a problem for you, Gigabyte M28U is very hard to beat when it comes to value. Otherwise, LG, Asus, MSI can all be a good option, factory calibration or 60hz response time are only the different between them (the latter can be important but not exactly a deal breaker)

 

You can pretty much pick the cheapest or the one that suite your need the most, there's no major different between them

They aren't many option. Here is The Best Gaming Monitors by Techspot. The top 3 listing is 1440p and you should remove one of the requirements - speaker.
