Amd Radeon RX 6700 XT issues

Everytime I try to adjust my gpu settings on my power color using amd tuning settings and set it to custom no matter if I change any settings or not my drivers always bug out and force a reset which messes with all graphics and gives me an error code for driver crashes does anybody know what to do because I do know that the rx 6700 xt is currently amds problem child with drivers but does anybody know how to fix it.
