Struggling in understanding best speed+quality out there for PCIe 4.0 16x GPU Riser Cables

Well, I'm finally taking out of the suitcase my case-modding skills for finally going for a vertical GPU mount, but as it will be a custom job, I just need the bare riser cable with no backets or metal frames.

 

What I need is simple: PCIe 4.0 16x 20cm.

 

I need to understand what to look at in these cables specs for getting my hands on one that is:

 

• Good and strong,
• Does not act as a bottleneck on bandwidth and latency,
• Works like having the GPU directly inserted in motherboard.

 

Any brand/model indication is absolutely pretty appreciated.
