The distrotion in your screen "Under the pink line is glitched"

the pink line appear when I start the laptop. After like 2-5 minute, anything under it start glitching.

Thats Good news. Could you booting into bios and see if the pink line appears there. If you say what is your laptop i will check how to enter bios in your laptop

I'm in the bios startup menu, the pink line is still there.

So it is The display (hardware) that is damaged You could try and replace it or send the laptop to manufacturer or a store they replace it for you.
