Im building a first time budget pc and want to know if Im making good choices.

should be a very solid build! if you want some advice you can go on ebay and purchase a used gtx 1070 for around $130, and it will preform similarly to a 1660ti. or alternatively a 1080 will run you about $200, 1080ti around $240. that’s if you’re willing to go used. as for everything else it all looks good. i’ve personally used the gamdias apollo case and it was great to work with, very nice fans aswell although not a ton of airflow. i’m a big fan of the button controlled ARGB fans. here’s a pic of mine that i’ve sold

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Already got peripherals

dont go for 16 series gpus it is old and slow and for that performance it is overpriced now
