Is it possible to set the RGB on an MSI GPU, without requiring software?

For example my Aorus GPU remembers that I set it to Steady White after reboots and I can even uninstall the Software.

The same goes for my Corsair Ram and Keyboard, I just need to make sure I set the "Hardware Lighting" and not the "Software Lighting" option.

But my MSI GeForce RTX 2080ti does not do the same through MSI Center->Mystic Lighting. I can set it, but if I then reboot it goes back to Rainbow RGB until I start MSI Center. Strangely I even need to manually re-apply.

 

My goal is to have my entire PC set to Steady White on all LEDs, and not require the software to be running.

The last ones I need to change are the small led effects on the ASUS board, and the MSI 2080ti.

I've tried 'Save to Device' with OpenRGB, but that also has not done anything.
