I have tried using ddu to install new display drivers and wifi drivers. using a memory diagnostic mode it said everything was fine. windows updates and driver updates. a different keyboard and mouse. an old amd r9 270 xfx gpu. I have reseated the cpu gpu ram all the cables. I have tried windows data recovery or something to search for corrupted files i have tried disconnecting all rgb as it may be overloading the psu still no difference
