Lurick is correct. But I dislike this method and don't trust it for completely baseless reasons. I would instead recommend grabbing your activation key (either on the sticker on your laptop or in a cmd prompt: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey ) and installing fresh from a USB

So,I have a laptop on windows 10 that I want to reset. But I don't know how this goes. So I want to completely reset everything and make it as the first day I got it,but I don't have the instalation media. But I don't know what to press. Any help?  For short,I need my laptop to be like new,but I don't have the instalation media. Thanks!

Why you need to make the laptop like brand new for selling?

Start > Settings > System > Recover > Reset this PC would do it. Just chose to not keep anything and it will deal with the rest.

I don't want to sell it. I just have a bunch of old files and programs that are slowing my computer down.

Yes! 16GB stick is fine. And in that case, you should be able to reactivate via account

You could just reset from settings but if you want to delete all the crap get a usb drive and install that way. Format the drive while windows ask to pick the drive
