Yeah too cold for a fan to be needed then and you have the new better one

 Alienware QD-OLED AW3423DW fan not spinning

i dont hear the fan spinning at all even when im close to the monitor

so i dont know if the fan is working or not

If the monitor isbt warm the fan wont run. The fan is also very very silent ib the new version
