What is the ideal Panel Type for vertical monitor?

Hello all, I'm using 3 monitors in my setup, (2x IPS 1440p 27" 144 hz + 1x TN 1080p 24" 144 hz) and I just recently decided to rotate my smaller 24" vertically. I never had any issues with the monitor in regards of the viewing angles, but now that it is rotated 90° I cannot see a god damned thing on this screen.

 

So I started looking for alternatives. I believe I would like to stick with 24" 1080p monitor and keep it vertical. But I don't want to go around ordering multiple monitors to test which has the best viewing angles when vertical. So that is why I'm reaching out here to ask for your advice. I believe IPS is the clear choice but I just want to be sure before swiping my card.

 

Also if you have any specific recommendation with minimal bezels, (ideally) 16:10 aspect ratio and is retailed in EU then I'm all ears! 🙂

best viewing angle is IPS panel

VA have better contrast

TN is just meh nowadays

OLED, IPS or VA is the one you should pick.

 

No TN. TN is bad since it appear on earth.

Go for IPS.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
