Graphics Card Touching Motherboard Heatsink, Is This An Issue?

Currently in the middle of a build and my graphics card is tilting slightly, as a result it's touching the motherboard heat sink (pictured). Is this a problem? And if so how do I fix it?

As long as it's just the metal shroud of the cooler, not a problem.
