Sound settings

For months i've been letting this slide but NO MORE.. every now and then when I reboot winny 11 my sound settings will change from monitor output to speaker output and I have to keep going into the settings to change them back to the default one, and worse than that I had to reboot again as all the options to the sound setting outputs were greyed out FOR NO REASON and I had no sound until I did this but it's back to normal again FOR NOW..Microsoft .....get the job done properly or get out, we should not be researching things like this that are supposed to be bog standard.

Not sure if there's a question here or if it's just a vent/rant--which is also good, I'm always up for a good anti-MS rant--but while I don't have an answer for you as to why this is happening or how to fix it, you should check out EarTrumpet and SoundSwitch. And W10...
