hey guys,

I ask for a friend cause he has a Problem. he got a new Internetconnection but...

the Problem is that he can't play and download/watch twichstreams netflix/Youtube at the same time. he has 263.83Mbps download 50.54 upload speed which should be more than enought (in my opnion, but no expert)

when he does both his download drops really hard and even stop the connection

we checked if he has any bottlenecks-> nothing is 100% working.

I hope u guys can help me(him)

we both live in Germany and he uses a "fritzbox" router.

thanks in advance.😁

  1. Is he the only one accessing the connection when this issue is encountered?
  2. Is his computer connected to the Fritzbox over WiFi or ethernet? If the former, on what band?
  3. Has he tried restarting the Fritzbox? What about resetting the network connection within the OS?
  4. Is he running any "internet connection optimizers" or tweaks within the OS?

Is it a wired or wireless connection from his router to computer?

What are his computers hardware specs?
