Lowering CPU Lite Load - Dangerous?

Hey guys,

 

I lowered my Cpu Lite Load setting to 1 and it seems stable. It solved my overheating issue (https://linustechtips.com/topic/1470762-corsair-h100i-elite-aio-issues-or-not-i5-13600kf-100°-in-cinebench/), furthermore the Core TDP dropped from 200W to 140W, which is great. I lost 40mhz on the pcores and 20mhz on the ecores while turboing, which is okay i guess.

 

 

 

But i dont understand CPU Lite Load in total (it is some kind of dynamic undervolting i guess)

Could it be harmful for my system to run these settings for a long time or did i just win the sillicon lottery?
