Gigabyte B450 AORUS M - Not getting any video output

The Gigabyte B450 AORUS M has VGA and CPU red lights that blink in a pattern and I am not able to get any video output signal?  Has anyone had this issue on this model and have been successful in resolving the mystery behind not getting anything to display.  I am not even able to get it to boot up to so I can get into the BIOS.

Thanks in advance.

what is the rest of the system? Unless you have a G designated CPU from AMD or an Athlon CPU, it won't have on-board video and requires a dedicated Video card.
