Will NH-D15 block top PCIE slot on Asus ROG CROSSHAIR X670E Hero?

Zwolin

I know a compatibility listing by noctua exists (here), but it lists socket/mounting compatibility, not if slots will get blocked or not.

On Asus rog crosshair x570 formula the cooler interfered with plugging in 3090Ti (Zotac) into a top slot (fortunately x8@PCIE 4.0 is plenty fast not to bottleneck the GPU). I think it might have been due to exceptionally thick backplate/backplate-cooling, but still.

If anyone has any experience I'd be much obliged. Also, if you know where to find clearances/measurements of boards and overhangs of coolers I'd also be very thankful.

It does. Example: https://ncc.noctua.at/motherboards/model/ASRock-X570-Phantom-Gaming-4-4090

@ZwolinIf u're looking to change, Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 is the utmost  compact/compatible dual-tower heatsink on the market currently (from all angles and directions). With Deepcool AK500 being a close second (but the PA120 is dual tower).
