GTA V is using more than 15gb of vram with 4k resolution, is this normal?

I have a 3080 so 10gb in total (specs in signature) 

 

Im not running other programms in the background.

 

Is this Normal?

i mean.. just from the screenshot you're running ALL the anti-aliasing, this leads me to believe that the rest might be running maxed out too?
