Worst Most expensive PC

I have a challenge for the Linus PC builder community
Why did i do this: i know i like to specc pcs. SOO i wanted to challenge myself, then i thought "What if there are people like me who want to challenge themselves" so i thought i would do this.
SPECC OUT THE MOST EXPENSIVE PC WITH THE WORST PERFORMANCE

Challenge RULES: 1. Build MUST be over 2000usd. 2. Must be supremely slow. 3. Parts must have link (dont want ppl to put a part for 500 when its worth 30)

(YOU can overspecc other parts to redundancy to increase cost)
 

can we make a pc that is extraordinarily slow but over 2000usd? lets try!!

420 AIO (dont want the thing to overheat or anything lol)
A WHOLE 4gb DDR2 667 CL 5 memory
SUPER SPEEDY 5400rpm HDD 500gb
FAST 1gb DDR2 GPU
GREAT Corsair 7000D Airflow case to hold the 420mm AIO and also white cuz premium
ALSO 1600w PSU (dont wanna underwatt the Components)

My total is $1998 (it was over 2k like 10 mins ago idk what happened)

(I think this goes without saying but DONT BUY THIS PC this is a joke challenge and will be slow asf)
