i went in game to see if they would spin the card hit 85 degrees celsis and still no spin please help

Do they spin freely when you use your hands or do they feel stuck?

Can you check and see if the fan cables are plugged into the graphics card fan header?

do the things mentioned above and then run msi afterburner and test if you can make them spin. If those don't work then you probably need to get an aio on it since the fan connectors are faulty?
