Where is my gpu being used

Hrashikesh

For the past few days in msi after burner I'm seeing my GPU resources being used but when I see in my task manager which application is using the GPU its showing 0% GPU use. I'm also seeing fps drop in CSGOand other games and frequent crashes in Apex. My laptop is pretty old but it used to run titles like CSGO pretty good but over past few weeks I'm having this issue. I have also checked with process explorer for some miner but couldn't find anything. Please Help

System specification-

CPU - intel i5 7300hq

GPU 1050ti

ram 16gb

Edit : This is on idle pc when I'm not doing anything

You could also use HWInfo to check since task manager doesn't tell you the GPU clock speed

have you tried updating the driver?

Also since it's an old laptop is it overheating?

Yes the drive is updated. No issue of overheating I have reapplied the thermal paste just few months ago and these clock speed are not normal earlier my laptop gpu used to idle at 300 mhz or something but recently it has constantly running at 1400mhz
