Noctua is pretty great in this regard, as they post their own compatibility charts

Seems like both Case and Motherboard can work with that cooler. But there may be issues with the RAMs:

"Front fan overhangs RAM slots. If there is sufficient space inside the case, the front fan can be installed in a higher position to clear the RAM modules (see linked FAQ)."

This is cutting it really close, and ill say no personally.

 

It will work with the motherboard, but the case is a iffy one.

 

lian li list that the case you picked has 165mm of  CPU clearance, which is the same height as the NHD15 with fans installed.

However, 32mm dimms or lower are needed if you want both fans sitting flush with one another. The DDR5 vangeance dimms are 35mm, which would lift the fan above your RAM up by 3mm, making it incompatible. 

 

You might get away with a NHD15S, but I'd advise looking for a tower cooler that is less tall.
