Help with first time pc build and bios flashback error

It’s been a day and we are having a problem with the bios flashback,

 We have already tried 2 different USB’s that are fat32 and changed the bios software to MSI.ROM

The USBs have to be 32gb or less and USB 2.0 or older works best. It usually goes into the USB port closest to the flashback button.

 

Also in file explorer, make sure that the "file name extensions" box is checked when you click "view" near the top of the window. If not then you may have named your file MSI.ROM.ROM by mistake which won't work.

 

You probably already know that the motherboard has to be bare except for the power connections, and off when you press the flash button.
