ASUS TUF A15 2021 LOW FRAME RATES

HELLO MY LAPTOPS SPECS 

RYZEN 7  4800H 

3050 RTX NVIDIA 

8GB RAM 

i know 8gb ram is small and will be upgrading soon i have seen my exact specs on youtube and people getting higher frame rates than me , im getting 60fps in gta 5 while others with the same specs seem to be getting higher averaging to 100. im getting 90fps on valorant , and on forza horizon 5 50 to 60 fps or low , I have made sure nothing else is being running in the background , is this normal or can someone help find a solution for it. 

i dont know much about computers so please dumb it down for me .

I'm 100% sure it is the RAM. Both the capacity and the fact that it is running on a single stick (therefore, single channel). This can heavily impact performance.
