is it a prebuilt system from HP, Dell, Lenovo or so?

 

Does the PSU have a 6+2 pin PCI-e connector?

If it's from an OEM Dell or HP system, probably.  The wattage ratings on those are usually extremely accurate and they generally can put their full load on a single 12v rail.  The 10100f uses like 50 watts and the 1660 super uses like 125 watts.  It needs a 6+2 pin connector, though.
